The May Issue

The May issue of Martha Stewart Living has begun to arrive in subscriber mailboxes and it's a lovely hit of spring, indeed! Those of you who read this blog know that I am generally not a big fan of covers that feature food in rows or stacks, but this one is very appealing to me. Maybe it's the colours or the imaginative icing techniques on the cupcakes, but it works for me. Inside you'll find ideas on how to refresh your home for the season, from the bedroom to the kitchen to the garden. I'm looking forward to sitting down and reading it, page by page.

Thank you for posting these reviews. I look at your blog to decide if I am going to buy an issue or read it online.

What's more is I feel like the content inside is really, really good. And the images and layout feel more "Martha" than they have in a while...

Yes it is an attractive cover and is much more then the previous month's free form "egg mc muffin", but still not very inventive. As for the very important content, I found it, once again, beautifully photographed and having solid content!
