How many of your readers listened to NPR's report on the passing of Christopher Hogwood, 78? If so, how many recognized the music as the piece viewers would hear when Martha Stewart's early Lifetime show aired??. too bad the reporter did not mention the 'link'!!

Hi Andrew,

It is another successful book, simple cooking, love it.
I read about Christopher Hogwood death, he was a great English conductor RIP.

P.S I noticed on Martha's website and blog, that there are no more links to other blogs (wedding Darcy Miller, Kevin Sharkey, Alexis and others. Do you know the reason.
Thank you xx

Very interesting about the links, Rowaida. I'm not sure why she has taken them down.

@Anonymous: I would love to hear that NPR report. Is there a link you could share?

Well Andrew, I am not so savvy as to create a link, however, if one searches the internet with the query --NPR Christopher Hogwood passing -- results upon clicking the NPR site I do believe, one will be pleased to find the info they desire. Also, one needs a current media Player or some such app to listen to the report that aired .some such concerto in D minor with christopher hogwood directing the St Martins in the fields chamber orchestra often I mean often play PS My former classical musical station would -- oh dear I hit the wrong key some how and my sentence wound up at the front see I am not savvy!!!
