Martha Holiday at JCP!

I have such mixed feelings about writing a Christmas-themed post in September, but I couldn't resist sharing the news about the new Martha Stewart holiday decorations that are now available to order at jcpenney.com. (Stores will be receiving the merchandise shortly.) Despite what some of you may have been reading in the papers, JC Penney is still very much a partner with Martha Stewart Living and the Martha Stewart products will continue to roll out and fill the shelves at JC Penney. In fact, Martha's Halloween products are already in stores, including beautiful paper silhouette lanterns and paper tealight wraps. I created a gallery of some of the new ornaments and chose a silver motif, which I'm partial to, although there are more colourful options available. The ones shown are all made of silvered glass, which is so beautiful and catches the subtle sparkle of Christmas lights. The stocking shown is made of velvet with a pretty embroidered detail illustrating a forest scene with two red cardinals. Click here to see more of the line!

I need another ornament like I need a hole in my head, but of course I'll have to check these out when they are in stores. Thanks for the great update!

Kenn, you can always use another ornament! Don't try to fool me! They look quite nice. I'm glad they're silver glass. Prices are kind of high, which I'm hoping indicates high quality.

The prices at JCP are insane; they seem to change from week to week. I hope that JCP stores display these items.

Looking at the holiday merchandise at Macy's has been a highlight of the season for the past few years. There continues to be to an extraordinary amount of negative (irrational) stories related to Stewart's merchandise; it feels more than awkward to actually purchase any of it. The current CEO certainly doesn't want us to, but it looks really good. I can't wait.

Very pretty Andrew! I love all the silver ornaments and the white Christmas Tree.

I agree the original prices are high but last time I went I got a two Martha lamps for a really good price! I think they were 75% off and the quality is very good.

A bit off subject, but gawd, I miss the "old" Martha Stewart Christmas specials on TV...they were my adult version of those 60's animated Christmas specials we all watched as kids. I am thrilled to have found your blog, today. Michael -Toronto
