For the first time in a few years, I was able to enjoy a white Christmas. We received several inches of snow just days before the holidays and the temperatures remained very cold, keeping the "mantel of white" on the ground throughout Christmas week. I returned to my parents' "homestead" just outside of Ottawa where the winter season is especially pretty and we enjoyed a wonderful time with family and visiting friends. It's nice to be back to the regular routine (and diet!) and I thought I'd share some of my photos I took during my week in the country at my parents' home. I hope everyone had a nice holiday and I wish you all the best for the New Year!
Beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing.
