It was on major discount when I purchased it. It hangs in my hallway but I have yet to put all the leaves on it!! MBM is definitely missed, esp now that I have the income for it!Lorie ~ Luray Lane Vintagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16244464984450361656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23768882.post-67543146764322269722015-12-04T08:48:34.251-05:002015-12-04T08:48:34.251-05:00A few years ago, while visiting the former L.E. He said they were 'cleaning out' a bunch of odd pieces and would I like to look. Yes. I found and purchased the original turquoise glass prototype for a juicer that Martha used in the catalog. I cherish it. Such a loss, the catalog and L.E. It creates a mood of desire . It reminds me of the ralph lauren booklets touting the paint colors all those beautiful interiors -- well for me the new England aesthetic is non existent in FLA. Martha and Ralph have been neighbors no? What happened to that truck a repurposed USPS delivery vehicle I wonder if it is in Maine or Bedford??

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
